1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, searching, or downloading any asset from GlyphGoblin (glyphgoblin.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. The Service

GlyphGoblin is an open-access and premium asset platform providing vector icons, 3D renders, and animated Lottie graphics for developers and product designers. We offer both a free tier and a lifetime or subscription Pro license.

3. Licensing and Usage Rights

Free Tier Assets (Open Source)

Icons indexed under open-source licenses (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, SIL Open Font License, CC BY 4.0) retain their original authors' licenses. You are permitted to use, modify, and distribute these assets within personal and commercial applications in accordance with their respective open-source terms.

GlyphGoblin Pro License

Purchasing a GlyphGoblin Pro pass grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use all Pro assets (including premium vector sets, high-resolution 3D renders, and Lottie animations) in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects, client websites, SaaS platforms, and mobile apps.

Restrictions: You may NOT sub-license, resell, re-package, distribute, or make available GlyphGoblin assets as standalone files in a competing icon pack, digital asset store, or scraper mirror.

4. Acceptable Use and Rate Limiting

You agree to use GlyphGoblin in accordance with standard developer etiquette:

  • Do not circumvent rate limits or authentication tokens.
  • Do not perform automated mass scraping that degrades system stability or availability for other users.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer backend CDN signing keys or bypass paywalls.

Accounts or IP addresses found engaging in automated denial-of-service or unauthorized mass scraping may be restricted or blocked without prior notice.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Pro purchases are handled through trusted merchants of record (Stripe or Gumroad). Because digital asset downloads provide instantaneous access to creative property, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase if you have not performed bulk exports of the catalog and explain your technical difficulty.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlyphGoblin and its underlying software are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall GlyphGoblin or its contributors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features, licensing adjustments, or legal obligations. Significant revisions will be highlighted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
